It was a decent weekend, not any particular public/national holidays. We decided to take the wheel to Kuantan to visit one of our friend that is working there.
It wasn't a complicated plan as we were just travelling across state. (about 3hours drive) 3 of them rotate shift to be the driver for the round trip and i'm just the princess relaxing behind because i have no skill in driving. (just like how i did when i was in USA, all 3 of them rotated and i just relax/eat/sleep at the back like a boss.)
None of us actually drove/travel this route before so we rely solely on
Waze which is very trustworthy. We arrive at all our destination safely.
We start our day with a heavy breakfast at Klang! We ate Bak out Teh, because we are Klang-ian.

We arrive early than the check-in time and our room is not ready, so we went for lunch at
Kemaman Kopitiam. (at Kuantan not Kemaman, sounds crazy? haha...)

Review :
- The food is quite nice. The nasi kukus, and the curry chicken is really nice.
- The service is very good. I did not went during lunch/dinner time so there is only about 3-4 tables being served and the service is fast and the waiter is polite and helpful.
- It's not a cheap and affordable kind of kopitiam. As for the curry chicken with toast cost RM9++ which on my opinion is quite high end.
After lunch, we check in to our hotel. We spend a night at
Vistana Kuantan City Centre. We had a wonderful stay and satisfy with the hotel service.

Pantai Teluk Cempedak on the evening.

I'm impressed. This sandcastle is awesome! The structure is so detailed and looks like real ancient ruins.
