how is it like to be grounded in your own house with only one servant and prohibited for any outside world contact?
not seeing ur husband and children for 5years?
and not being able to stay with ur husband when he die?

the movie released in 12 september 2011 at Toronto Film Festival.
but is not available in Malaysia. too bad.
this is really a nice movie, and is worth to watch.

hmm hmm hmm....
the whole plan just change.
i was planning to go back to my hometown
but too many things happen coincidently that i stay.

celebrate a friend birthday at KLCC
tried New Zealand Natural ice cream (is soft and smooth =) )
after the desert, we sent for dinner at Sushi King.  LOL..
watched 'Soar Into The Sun', is a Korean Movie with mandarin, malay and english subtitile. is funny, interesting (how many movie about military jet plus the exciting jet war?!), too much of romance, nice storyline. It is about the story of South Korea air force, and also a part of war with the North Korea.
Took the 2nd last Lrt back.
Buy some beer and drink it with coffee cup. really weird.
chat until 2.45am.

10,000 steps / day challenge!

do u think 10,000 steps a day is easy?
think again!
get on ur feet and start counting ur steps!

i tried 2 days,
the 1st day end up with around 4,000steps
and the 2nd days is about 6,000steps.
hmm... maybe few more tries i can make it to 10,000 steps.
but this is not that simple as u think it is.

7th Blood Donation!

went for blood donation this afternoon.
it feel so good after the donation.
the nurse technique is great, he insert the needles in the right place at only 1 attempt. (is quite hard to complete in 1st attempt for me because i have small vein and is not visible.)
it went well, blood flows smoothly.. haha..

it's my 7th blood donation today!!!!
(i heard some boys was like "7 times?!!!!" in surprise tone among their friends but i pretend i didn't hear it. LOL )
previously they serve hot milo/vico but now they only provide packeted drinks.
i prefer the hot drinks.

UTAR 10th Anniversary Trekathon 2012

It's today at Taman Botani Negara, Shah Alam

hmm... it doesn't start on time, starts around 8.30am. i though it will be too sunny when we run. but it turn out to be chill. surrounded by trees, the sun could not penetrate, u doesn't feel the sun even until 10am. is really nice to run in the morning, with fresh air around.

70mins for 7km. haha... so slow la...with bib number B154

but the route is very steep at some point, which increase the difficulty. well at least i guess i'm still in the first 50 for my category. (i'm not sure how many participant for my category)

i have been as committee member for may events,
but how is it like to be a chairperson of an event?

i am now the chairperson for the upcoming 2nd InterVarsity Sudoku Tournament!!!
lots to take care of
and i will try my best.
this is probably the only chance for me to prove my leadership skill. perhaps? haha..
i wish to bring this event to success,
a little achievement for myself?
