Sungai Lembing is a famous little town in Kuantan District, Pahang. The old tin mining town in the late 19th century has lost it's popularity since mining activities stop in the late 80s. Younger generation have moved to cities in search of job, the town has lost it's glory.
Today, Sungai Lembing has risen as a popular local tourism spot. Most checked-in spot includes Bukit Panorama (Panorama Hill) for sun rise and the Rainbow Waterfall.
Recently (not very recent, about a month ago) my colleague and i spent a night at this old town. A weekend trip is enough to explore this place and recharge to fight Monday blue~
We have choosen T-Box homestay, a fairly new accommodation Sungai Lembing. (Huge construction project still on-going during our visit. More units to support the demand)

The Sofa Bed is right in front of the door. We have made a booking for 5 people, so the sofa bed has already been set up.

Double Bed. There is a stairs towards the attic, there is a small space up there that could fit up to 2-3 people with small fans. But too bad there is no beautiful view from the attic window.

Double Decker Bed. There is also a 3-level drawer next to the bed.

Water Dispenser and TV (with some Astro Channel). Don't have to worry about getting drinking water anymore.

The super huge Bathroom (i'm not kidding, the bathroom size is about one third of the whole cottage!) The Bathroom is clean and comfortable to use as well.
Overhead shower and Bath tub, shampoo and shower gel is provided. (if you are ok with any type)

The surrounding environment is pretty nice and quiet at night. Each cottage is near to each other but not connected, so we have all the fun we wanted in the room without any worries!
BBQ spot is also available if you are interested to have some fun with extra charges. (but we did not opt for that)

There are other popular tourist spot around Sungai Lembing (eg. Rainbow Waterfall, Sungai Lembing Museum, the hanging bridge...) The picture shown is the only places we visit in Sungai Lembing.. Chill bro, relax and enjoy the stay~
