10,000 Steps Achieved

how far can 10,000 steps bring u?
i do not know but it doesn't seem to be an easy job.
Average person walk around 3000 - 4000 steps a day.

Today i achieved 10,000 steps milestone!!!
mind my toes and slipper. I'm not an artist.

I 1st wrote about 10,000 steps challenge in 2012. But not quite long after that i didn't really care much about it until this few weeks when i read about health tips from Reader Digest. It struck me again.
Thanks to the cancellation of school bus, i have to walk extra miles to go to and fro class.

Fret not, for those who loves shopping or too busy for exercise there is a simple way to achieve that!!
From my experience, spending 3-4hours shopping can easily achieve 10,000 steps. (not hi-tea)
Doing what we like and exercising at the same time is the best of life!

Benefit of walking 10,000 steps

  • Build Stamina
  • Burn Excess Calories
  • Have a Healthier Heart

What are u waiting for??
start walking... around the house, in the office, window shopping, go to school.........
To aid ur calculation, u can use pedometer to calculate ur steps. (i calculate it myself)

If u think walking alone is too boring, u can get a partner so u can chat along, get an mp3 player or with ur phone to listen to ur favourite songs, plan ur walking days or route with interesting scenery.

The next announcement!
